A son Joseph Guy, was Christened in the church of St Thomas in Portsmouth 2 in July 1741.

Joseph married Elizabeth Feltham (1744 - ) at St Mary's, Portsea on 26 March 1767. Elizabeth was the daughter of Richard Feltham and Ann Stubbington, another Portsmouth family.
